Good product however
This is a good product however, as soon as I started taking it, it turned my urine, bright yellow, almost orange. It doesn’t matter how much water I drink. It is still the same color. It also has a very strong smell to it and unique aftertaste. Although it is a good value for money and I do have more energy taking it.

Best B complex for me
I drive for the Rail Road daily for anywhere between 4-14 hrs a day. I take this particular Vitamin B complex to keep myself alert and my mind clear. I believe in healthy supplements. I am 74 and take no prescribed medicine. B complex among other supplements I order from Amazon work wonders for me. Needless to say I have my PCP shaking her head and wondering how I do it.

I threw these away. They smelled so strong of vitamins that I could not stand them in the room. I tasted them forever and had indigestion. Not the sellers fault, I have stomach issues, but will not buy this manufacturer’s vitamines again.
