I wanted to buy a large yoga ballon to replace my office chair. Working on a PC all day, my back is often painful.As an office chair, Yoga ball are very unstable and move all the time. It is hard to manage (beside, it looks weird)I tried this cushion, which gave the same (ever moving) effect, but over a regular office chair. It look more casual, the chair stay in place so it is more comfortable, and your core is moving all the time… so I don’t feel back pain or neck pain at the end of the day.So I am impressed and very happy with it…. But I wish they were some mor color choice.
