I have been wanting to add apple cider vinegar to my diet on a more regular basis as there are many healthy benefits to taking it on a regular basis such as helping with digestion and blood sugar. I came across Nurafuse apple cider vinegar and seen that is had other possible health beneficial items included such as cinnamon, turmeric and garlic, which are items I typically add into foods when I am cooking to help with weight loss, digestion, inflammation and blood pressure/blood sugar control.I figured I would give this product a try, I don’t see the harm in adding it as a supplement, and it is definitely easier than taking a straight shot of apple cider vinegar. The gel caps are normal sized, do not give off any foul/sour odors that would be expected from a vinegar product, and it comes with 150 gel caps in the bottle for around $15. So, definitely getting the monies worth in serving size as this is about a 5 month supply as it is 1 pill per day. Now, it is no miracle pill by any means, it is merely an add on to other supplements to help aid in better health; however, the inexpensive price tag to try it is worth it.The bottle came in a vacuum sealed wrap, with an external security wrap on the child proof safety cap, and another foil seal under to preserve freshness and prevent tampering. This already shows me that the manufacturer is serious about this product and wanting only the best to be delivered to the consumer! Even better quality control by making sure you can see a clearly printed lot number and expiration date on the label. It seems to have a decent shelf life as the expiration on the bottle I received is May of 2027 (at the time of writing this it is 9/2024), which is great to know should anyone wish to stock up in bulk versus buying every 5 months or so. Also, the label is very informative, with plenty of breakdowns of what the product consists of. The actual bottle has a sweet, yet kind of sour smell, which may be the mix of ginger and cinnamon, but is it not an unpleasant smell.I am excited to try this product, and although I have not been taking it very long to explain all the positive benefits, I can say I’ve noticed minor improvements in digestion since I started taking it. The garlic essence does not cause stomach discomfort like when eating real garlic or garlic powder substances. This is truly a benefit as I suffer from such discomforts regularly because I love to cook with garlic, so the great news is I can take this without the suffering. These pills are obviously not a take one and done, 1 size fits all fix it and be done product, but it helps to deliver beneficial supplements in 1 small capsule versus needed to take many different products. The digestive benefits alone already have been a blessing and I can’t wait to see what other positive results comes from this product long term. Obviously, it may take some time for this product to fully take effect, especially knowing it is a product meant to take for long term use given the amount inside the bottle and its suggested serving size, so I look forward to the positives. The great thing is I can say, there have been no negative side effects thus far; however, keep in mind these products work on individuals differently as not everybody is the same, your results may differ.
