Possibly Effective Formulation, May Not Be Made in USA
Daily cost is about 75c. This seems reasonable when considering the potential benefits. The mixture and the dosage appears to be beneficial for the purposes listed (brain health and blood flow). More info:The combination of Bacopa monnieri, Mucuna pruriens, Ginkgo biloba, N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC), and L-theanine can provide several verified benefits for both blood flow and brain health. Here’s a breakdown of how each ingredient contributes:1. Bacopa MonnieriCerebral Blood Flow: Studies indicate that Bacopa monnieri can increase cerebral blood flow, which is essential for optimal brain function.Cognitive Enhancement: It may improve memory, learning, and overall cognitive function, making it beneficial for brain health.2. Mucuna PruriensDopamine Production: This plant is rich in L-DOPA, a precursor to dopamine, which is crucial for mood, cognition, and overall brain health.Neuroprotective Effects: Mucuna pruriens has been shown to protect against neurodegenerative disorders, potentially improving brain function and health.3. Ginkgo BilobaImproved Blood Circulation: Ginkgo biloba is known for its ability to enhance blood circulation by opening up blood vessels and reducing blood viscosity.Cognitive Benefits: It may help improve memory and cognitive speed, particularly in older adults, and is often used to support brain health.4. N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC)Antioxidant Properties: NAC replenishes glutathione, a powerful antioxidant that protects brain cells from oxidative stress.Neuroprotective Effects: It has been studied for its potential to improve brain function and protect against neurological disorders.5. L-TheanineStress Reduction: L-theanine promotes relaxation without sedation, which can enhance focus and cognitive performance.Improved Attention: Some studies suggest that it may improve attention and working memory, contributing to better overall brain health.Summary of BenefitsWhen combined, these ingredients can provide a synergistic effect that supports:Enhanced Blood Flow: Improved circulation to the brain and body.Cognitive Function: Better memory, focus, and overall brain health.Neuroprotection: Protection against oxidative stress and neurodegenerative conditions.ConclusionThis mixture offers a comprehensive approach to enhancing both blood flow and brain health.Summary TableIngredient and Effective DosageBacopa Monnieri 300 mg to 600 mg per dayMucuna Pruriens 100 mg to 500 mg of L-DOPA per dayGinkgo Biloba 120 mg to 240 mg per dayN-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) 600 mg to 1,800 mg per dayL-Theanine 100 mg to 400 mg per dayLabel says manufactured for AMMD Austin, TX, not that it is made in USA. 2. Dr. Kenneth A. Merena

Amy Meyers makes a good nootropic here.
The molecular weight of the active ingredients is small enough to pass the blood brain barrier. That is what you’re looking for in a true nootropic. Reasonably priced, it is a good buy for a good product. Read the ingredients. You can’t get better ingredients in an OTC nootropic agent. Good for Amy Myers.

    Very costly, not specific enough
Unfortunately, this product contains too much vitamin B6 (296 percent of the daily recommended dose) and except for the 100 mg each of L-theanine and N-Acetyl-cysteine does not indicate exactly how much of the other ingredients it contains, as four of them are combined together in a Proprietary blend” that adds up to 1005 mg for all of them. Worse, even at a steep discount, this product costs $46 for a two month supply (taken at the rate of two capsules per day). I will use it, as all the ingredients meet needs of mine, but I would not buy this again.

    Two month’s supply
So far seems okay. Intended to help with memory and mental cognition, but you still need to put in the mental legwork behind it as well. Reading, proper sleep, hydration, etc all play a huge part in your brain’s health and the resulting membrane surrounding it.

    Promising bacopa and other nootropics
Appealing blend of nootropics that appear well produced. The bottle received was the older design as shown but the expiration listed was in a reasonable timeframe. Fresh seal with cotton fill.

My brain says: Two thumbs up. Confusing directions though.
Amy Myers MD NeuroLive – Brain Cell Membrane Supplement – Aid Brain Tissue Health with Vitamin B6 & Ginkgo – Support Supplement for Healthy Vasculature & Blood Flow – 120 Capsules (60 Servings). This bottle contains 120 capsules, and the “Serving size” is shown as “2 Capsules”, with “Servings Per Container 60”. However, the “Suggested use” directions say “Take 2 capsules twice daily” Well, that is four capsules per day, and 30 servings per container. I hope these Nootropics help me do that math.Well, I am going with the 2 capsules per day plan. I take them in the a.m. I think they are helping to lift the morning brain fog.
