Easy to take and great taste
You can take a tablet as you’re rushing out the door. They’re great if you chew them right away or if you let them dissolve. The flavor is nice, not too strong, which is nice. I get a boost of energy after taking them, so I believe they’re working for me.

The tablet is an awkward, bulky size. Somewhat hard to swallow.Edit- Changed this review from 3 stars to 5. Discovered that these are actually easy to chew and taste pleasant. Also noticeably effective for a little more energy for your day.

Tastes Good, But Didn’t Notice Any Energy Boost
I’ve been using the Amazon Elements Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin 5000 mcg for a couple of weeks now. While the taste is pleasant and easy to take, I honestly haven’t noticed any difference in my energy levels. I was hoping for a bit of a boost, but it feels like my energy is the same as before I started taking it.That said, it’s affordable, and I like that it’s made with clean ingredients. It might work better for others, but in my experience, it didn’t give me the energy lift I was expecting.
