I recently came off a medication to help with gerd but the same medication did not allow me to absorb needed nutrients that my body needs as well. With this supplement change I have been looking for something. These gummies were so timely for me. THe Pre, Pro and Post Biotics are something that I need now to keep my digestion progressing effectively and optimally. I was so happy that I was able to try them. I love the taste. I love that they are not all clumped together they have remained in individual. They are easy to chew. I only wish that they would have made the bottle smaller to show what you really get. When you open the bottle and it is less than half full so it’s a bummer. There are 50 in the bottle and with two being the recommended dose, I would increase the amount to take you through the month. I am already seeing a difference in digestion using these for the good. Like they are exactly what I needed when I needed them. I would highly recommend.

I’m a believer in probiotics, although the science isn’t really there yet. My husband takes a competing probiotic (yellow box) and it has helped him tremendously. Every time he tries to stop using it, his digestive problems return.I have some digestive issues of my own lately, and the product he uses does nothing for me. I’m looking forward to seeing if this one does.All I can say is that these little gummies taste great so far, and I won’t mind adding one more “pill” to my daily intake. This is more like a little candy.If I have any improvement, I will update this review.

They taste nice. If I was in a blind taste test I likely wouldn’t be able to call them blackberry flavor, but they have a nice sweetness to them. They are not tart at all.The package comes with a safety seal under the cap. The label suggests two gummies per day. I spread my two gummies out throughout the day for when I am wanting a little spot of sweetness.Align brand has been making probiotics and prebiotics for years. In my opinion, they have carved out a space for themselves in the supplement market that is hard to compete with.A serving is two gummies and there are 50 gummies in a bottle. It seems a little odd that the bottle is effectively a 25 day supply, when many other supplements come as 30 day supply. For a 25 day supply, this bottle is $25. That kind of pricing could get expensive and the reason I took one star away. I wish these were less expensive.

This is such a good value for a prebiotic, probiotic and post biotic. A serving size is two Gummies and contains 15 cal. They taste delicious and are easy to take. I feel like they definitely have helped my digestive health since I’ve been taking them. I haven’t had as much bloating and I do seem to notice an increase in bowel movements in a good way. If you were considering this type of item, you can rest assured that this would be a good one to take.

Happy that these exist
I have hard time swallowing pills and these gummies are so helpful that I look forward to taking these with my multivitamins. I was skeptical but after having more recent issues with the gut, I wanted to take a proactive approach to maintain the gut flora. So far so good.

Easy to take
I take quite a few supplements and it’s always so much easier for me if I can get them in gummy form. I don’t like swallowing pills, especially large capsules, so gummies are perfect for me. These taste good too and don’t contain any artificial or alternative sweeteners. They are a little sweeter than most seem to be but I don’t mind. I’ve been really bad about keeping up with probiotics and started taking them recently after discovering a gut imbalance. I have others in capsule form which are fine but these gummies make it simple. No water or food needed to wash them down, just grab and go.

Lately I feel bloated pretty frequently. I have been trying to include more probiotics into my diet. So I just grabbed this to give it a try so that I can maintain the consistency of my probiotic intake. The bottle comes well packed and well sealed and all the gummies are separate and not sticky with each other. I really like taste of these gummies, no medicated taste or after taste. It feels like I am having a candy.
