Love So Far!
I’ve been taking Akkermy for a bit now, and I can really tell a difference. My digestion feels better, and I’m not as hungry after meals, which has been great for portion control. I also love that it’s packed with vitamins and doesn’t have any weird ingredients. It’s simple, clean, and just works. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking to boost your gut health!

I’m in week three and I definitely can tell there’s been a positive change in my digestive system. I wasn’t expecting the GLP-1 booting to be so significant for me!!!! My cravings for sweets has almost completely disappeared. I no longer have 3-4 pieces of bite size chocolates at bedtime. I also do not snack during the day because I have no desire to. I also have no strong cravings for the chips, crackers or popcorn. I also have no cravings for cookies!!! I purchased 3 at the bakery yesterday and had no desire to devour them. I ate ½ a cookie and I was totally satisfied and then wondered why I even needed to eat it!

UPS finally delivered the items. Just starting in taking the akkermansia it would be hard to really give a fair grade. I think it’s a fine product.

I’m so glad I finally bit the bullet and tried Akkermansia muciniphila! I’d been hearing about it from friends and online forums for ages, and I was curious to see if it’d make a difference for me. From what I’ve learned, AM is a beneficial bacteria that’s supposed to be living in the mucus layer of our intestines, but some of us might have lower levels due to various health issues. It can help with everything from blood sugar control to fat metabolism, energy, and even mood. Akkermy has delayed release capsules which protect the bacteria from stomach acid so they can actually make it to the intestines. For a 2 month supply, I think the price is definitely reasonable and I highly recommend everyone give it a shot!
