I have heard so many great things about sea moss and its numerous health benefits, so I was excited to see it as the main ingredient in these capsules. Sea moss is known for its high nutrient content, including vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It is also believed to have anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties.But what sets these capsules apart from others on the market is the addition of other powerful ingredients. Himalayan Shilajit is known as a potent adaptogen, helping the body adapt to stress and improve overall energy and vitality. Black Seed Oil is another powerful ingredient that has been used for centuries for its anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. The container contains 90 pills, recommended dose is 3 pills, so 1 month supply.
The sea moss is a unique ingredient for me. The remainder of the included supplements I already take . They’re all recommended in one way or another, but the individual ingredients for the most part are less than the recommended daily dose, even when taking 3 pill recommendation. For instance the recommended dose for Turmeric varies widely, but the range I frequently see is from 500 to 2000 mg per day. The turmeric content of each pill in this supplement is 100 mg, so the 3 pill dose, 300 mg that is. The fine print claims that, for reasons I did not understand , that each 100 mg dose if equivalent to 1000 mg dose. In fact the label claims the same 100 to 1000 mg equivalence for almost all the included ingredients. This seems a bit suspicious to me.I have taken the supplements for about a week now and have noticed neither positive or negative results. This makes sense, as there are too many uncontrolled factors in everyone’s daily life to support any result claims without conducting some sort of controlled study with multiple participants. If you are already using some of the ingredients listed, perhaps this might be a good supplement to the supplements, depending on the dosage you are already taking. For me the listed equivalence of 100 mg to 1000 mg for so many ingredients does not inspire confidence.

I Am a teenager who takes 3 pills a day. I noticed a slight increase in my energy when taking the recommended amount. I also noticed that I have an increased attention span in school. It would be a higher rating if the effect were for prominent. Overall not bad.
