Easy to assemble and good value for the cost.
This workout bench was easy to assemble and is a good value for the cost. Now I’ve added a preacher curl, and leg lift to my gym with this one piece. My old bench was wonky and unstable. The adjustable seat and back on this one glide smooth and are nice and secure, won’t slip out.

    Solid bench!
This bench was easy to assemble and is of good quality. It’s pretty solid. It’s a long bench and sits about 20 inches high which might be a problem for some folks who have shorter legs during bench presses. I don’t understand why some folks are having problems doing preacher curls: The leg curl/extension attachment can either be attached with a nut and bolt, or a screw with knobs on it for easy removal. Just remove the leg curl attachment if you want to do preacher curls. Read the instructions and you will see that you can either permanently bolt it or use the screw with knobs….the package includes both options. There is no wobble in the incline position which is great considering I’ve owned benches that did wobble a good bit. This bench is a no brainer for the price.

    Banger
Honestly I didn’t want to like it as much as I did.First of it all this thing is long. Laying for leg curls I fit, I could use it as a bed if I wanted to (I’m 6’1)It’s a bang for your buck.Is it perfect?, not at all, could you get something better for twice the price?, probably yes, but in that case save for something 3x 4x the price. This bench is super super versatile, well constructed, easy to assemble, packaging was amazing and even the hardware was divided by stepsOnly issues I had were that one of the head support bolts was cross threaded and the preacher bolts could be couple of cms longer.I see myself using this machine with resistance bands to do seated leg curls, getting some angled seat cushions to improve the leg extensions, shoving some thin bars to do chest exercises,Now complaints:Instead of a roller for behind your knees, the seat should be way longer, wrapping around the post for the preacher, what’s the point of adjusting the angle for the seat if the roller stays in the same position? You leave a lot of the leg unsupported and you get seat burnt.I see a lot of complaints about the preacher reach and the leg curl bar, there’s literally no hardware holding the bar, just remove the foam, take the bar out, no need for anything else. Now my biggest complain is definitely the leg curl, it’s super super uncomfortable specially because the lack of support in the seat area of the bench, plus the range is beyond limited, the easiest fix for the range is to grab a grinder and noch a 45 angle on the steel tubing that supports the preacher, or for manufacturer to lower the steel tube bracket or lift the bracket for the pivot..But be mindful that unless you are also using resistance bands, you might have a hard time or even injure yourself if the weight goes way too back.I see that a lot of people can’t read and don’t understand that the rubber on the legs are adjustable, you literally just spin them, they are not equidistantThe hardware is barely passable, it should really have a stronger grade (harder), so if you plan on doing hardcore exercise (like the lad on the video with 135lbs) go to a welder, use better hardware and / or at least don’t use the nimble wrenches that come with the machine, they are soft metal so you can’t tighten the hardware enough. When doing leg extension, there is not enough space for my bare feet and the machine and the roller.Definitely the front legs of the machine should be both wider and longer (either an H or a U) so the machine doesn’t tip when someone puts 200lbs and to give more foot space (a quick fix so the machine doesn’t roll over is to put a 45 plate on the rear legs, but definitely an oversight)The stop steel tube/ bumper for the leg extension is an inch too long, but not a big dealI do like the machine a lot. I think has a lot of room to grow, but also for the price, what’s included and what you can build (or cut) to improve it makes it worth it.

Exactly what I needed Decent bench for the price !!
This bench was supports my weight and the barbell I use on it for bench press workouts. The preacher arm pad is good for isolating one arm at a time, and I bought this believing I could put both arms on it however that was just my fault for not looking into that part much. Overall it is a good bench for the price that I got it for. It’s easy to assemble, it feels a little flimsy but it remains solid! I love the different inclines as well as the leg extensions. easily stored without hassles, Adjustments on the fly are easy. It folds up fairly small. This thing is a monster of a weight bench with all kinds of features plus saving a hundred bucks of the price you cant beat it. thanks for such a good deal

    Cannot do hyper back extensions
Pretty solid bench. Works well. Easy to assemble. I really wanted to be able to do hyper extensions, Roman chair style and it looked like I could but definitely cannot. The pad at leg end is purely for Preacher Curls. Leg raise pivot works well enough for the money. Wish the feet were wider.

Not good purchase for a few reasons
I had high hopes for this bench. But it did not work out (no pun intended). Here are my problems which I attached both video and photos.1. Nor the front or back legs are even with the floor, diagonaly from each other, they float of the ground. So not safe there to start.2. The leg extension, which that was a huge selling point for me. In the video you can see, anything more than 135lbs, the whole thing flips over. The first time I tried it. My wife was standing next to it. Watching, the whole thing came up and hit her on the face. Bruising her. Very unsafe.I have an old grey and black bench that you can see in one of the photos. I can put 225lbs there and that has never flipped on me.I will be returning this and looking outswhere for a better product. This is not it.
