Not worth the time or money
I had a very similar looking model off Amazon that finally died so i was trying to replace it. This was a sore disappointment. The interface is poor, the touchscreen is inconsistently responsive, the app doesn’t connect to the Apple health app, even the charger seems flimsy. Waste of time.

Screen is much too small and the band is a worthless piece of crap. Fell off three times before I couldn’t find it again. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying anything through Amazon.

This M7 fitness tracker is just OK. I was able to track my steps and heart rate. Even though I’m not sure how accurate it is, but it seems to work. I wished the screen was a little bit bigger. The screen is too small and it’s kind of hard to read some of the data. The only touch portion on the screen is the power button on the bottom, which is used for toggling and selecting. However, you can sync it via Bluetooth to the HryFine app for the data to be displayed on your phone. You also have to convert your weight from pounds to kilograms and feet and inches to centimeters.The other issue with this M7 Smart tracker is the charging cable since it’s very short. It does not always stay on, even though it is magnetic, I had a hard time getting it to secure tightly without a second or 3rd try. Another thing I noticed is that the distance traveled for the day included when I was driving to the grocery store and then driving back home. As a fitness tracker, I don’t think that it should include distance traveled that was not fitness related. As you can see, there are quite a bit of cons with this fitness tracker. This fitness tracker is probably best for those who want a budget friendly tracker or if you are a first-time user and don’t mind some of these issues.

So functional
I’ve had several smart watches with fitness tracking from several different brands, and I find myself always sticking with this one these days. I love that it’s more of a dedicated fitness tracker than trying to do too much with too many advanced phone functions that tend to never work that great and just drain battery. This one seems to be very accurate with activity tracking, stays connected seamlessly, and the battery just keeps going. Such a great buy for the price!
