These are the best tasting fiber gummies I’ve had! The texture is also one of the better ones. I love that it has the added benefit of the probiotic included.

Effective, gentle, and delicious. Check the ingredients before buying if something doesn’t agree with you. Also, they are gunmies so yeah they are chewy and sweet and will stick to your teeth like a fruit snack. There are other ways to consume supplemental fiber other than these but for me best gummy I have tried.

Like others said, these are sticky but I’m ok w that. They don’t make me gassy or bloated, but I chew them really well as instructed.The odd thing that happens though… they almost make me nauseated. Not a lot but I feel very “Blech” after one. They taste really good though. And I only take 2 a day not 3 as recommended. Will buy again.

Weird smell
They get a three star because I think they work. The taste and density of them are good but they smell weird. Kind of makes you wonder why? Maybe it’s the unusual ingredients but, I’m not going here again. I’ll use them up tho. Hope that helps. Follow up…. The seller offered a refund which was very nice but I did use the gummies anyway. Maybe it’s just my nose…. Didn’t take offer. 😉
