I haven’t been using these long but they seem like they are pretty decent quality. The resistance on them seems to be close to what it says weight wise. I like that it came with a bag. I wish the “poster” that comes with it was a little bigger but it has a good amount of exercises on it to get started. So far I’ve been happy with them and they seem like a good deal for the price,

nice, durable and easy to use bands
You can set these up to hit almost any weight you’d like to use. I specifically use these for exercising while travelling or for exercises my adjustable dumbbells make doing difficult. They come with a great bag for storage. Bands are easily packed into luggage in the bag or just hung on a wall to keep them all together and out of the way. Comes with a door mount which is fantastic for exercising on the go in your hotel room. I do wish there was a 5lb band. But other than that, these have been great for me for quite a few months now.

Je suis très content de cet achat. Les élastiques ont l air très résistants. Après 3 entraînements, je trouve que ce kit est très polyvalent. Manque juste une barre dans le kit pour faire des soulevé de terre mais avec un simple manche à balai à la place ça fait le travail.
