Very nice for home gym
It is a very nice bench for the price, perfect for a home gym. Easy assembly, very sturdy, you will need enough space to fit item. Add about a foot and a half to length and width to account for the movement of working out,

Worth every penny
Not the best weight bench in the world, but made pretty well, strong and easy step by step assembly. I’m tall, so leg lifting needs a little work, but I’m surviving and getting a GREAT workout!

Who needs a gym ?
It’s wider than expected so have an open space for this bench. It’s sturdy and is just as good as the more expensive benches. Holds a lot of weights and is comfortable to lay back on. Well made .

Several issues
Leg extension is too short for anyone close to 6 ft tall. I will have to make an extension so the leg extension is 6 inches more off of the floor, which will probably put the bench at a weird angle. Base foot at leg end is also too wide and gets under feet without leaving room to do actual exercises. Butterfly / chest side exercise included features are close to useless. Seems solid enough. I wanted an upgrade and just got something different that doesn’t work as well.

Best bang for your buck
For the cost, this bench is very good. No, it is not as good or solid as what a real gym has to offer, but those benches are out of most people’s budget for a home gym. For a home gym this bench set is good enough. It took me about an hour to put together, and included the tools needed to get it done. I found that the included instructions were sufficient.

I really liked the sturdiness and the easy assembly of this product.Note: to the designer; Step 5 – the Backrest cushion tubes (No. 15) has only two holes to insert the bolts to except the backrest cushion, which has 4 screw holes.ThanksBlaine

Not that great but it does work.
The bench is just okay for the price. The bench is positioned too far back and the resting bars should be further apart because your hands get awfully close to the bars which could be pinched. The butterfly and preacher curl are pretty much worthless there isn’t enough movement. The seller did refund partial money to keep it, but be ware if you don’t like it you’re responsible for the shipping back which could be another $60-70. Also, by the time you put together would you really take it all apart? No. It is easy to put together, but would only recommend for someone who is a beginner and on a budget.
