Isn’t squishy! I love mine.
Love this thing. Keep in mind that it is pretty firm even though it appears to be squishy and have some give to it. If you want it to be comfy know that this may not be the roller for you. It works great getting out big body knots. Comes with a bag you can sling over your shoulder for the gym. Photo with my lady hand for size reference.

Such a relief
I’ve mostly just used the big roller. I have a spot on my back that hurts so bad sometimes, I can’t concentrate. In just seconds on the big roller, I feel such a relief! Based on that alone, I highly recommend this product.It comes in a handy bag to keep all the items together. This kit is a game changer. I definitely recommend it.

The bag clasp was broke
This set was okay. The massage ball and rubber band were as expected. The massage roller was hampered by the plastic that makes up the rolls, and the foam roller was uncomfortable to use. I think it is the design that does it. I have used smooth rollers before and had no problem so I think the raised grooves is where the problems lie. Also, the clasp on the bag is cheap; broke after one used.
