Full disclosure, I did take this with a new supplement, so I can’t 100% confirm it was the sole reason for the differences I noticed.Just finished the bottle and:First, I’ve had tennis elbow for over 2 months that is really annoying and prevented me from doing curls and other exercises like I normally would. That is mostly gone now.Second, general mental state has improved (confidence, positivity, ect)Third, I feel like the quality of my hair (facial hair b/c its ‘new’) has improved. I think this point is likely due to the other supplement though as it mentions that on the label.The taste to me was great and I actually looked forward to eating them.That said, the gummies themselves are very limited to the amount of ingredients when compared to capsules. That is the only drawback. I’d love to take gummies, but the price compared to what you get in a capsule is something to consider.

Gummies rule.
I have difficulty swallowing pills. It seems like most supplements have a larger pill or a multiple pill that one must take. That’s an unpleasant process for me, so I’m grateful to have these in the gummy form. Actually, I’ll be transitioning all my pills and capsules to gummy‘s. Gummies ‘s also have a sweet and fruity taste so it’s substitutes as something for my sweet tooth as well.

So I got these gummies the other day because I felt like my energy has been dipping and I think of things like this, and Maca, and other supplements to be very helpful in restoring energy during a dip. And these have been working fine. I have recently felt more energized and that’s great. Really. The taste is OK. The smell is OK for me (But my wife finds it gross). But all in all everything is OK and great with them. No digiestive issues, etc.I just don’t know where the product page went. And maybe this item is completely gone. Or maybe it’s still here. so 0/5 stars for maintaining a product page. So Far So Good
Inside the bottle, you will find enough for a 30-day supply, with the recommended dosage being 2 gummies per day. My preferred method of consuming these gummies is to take two in the morning or two before workouts.The gummies have a pleasing, uncomplicated shape and a delightful taste. The gummies are sweet and have a good texture.This supplement has quickly boosted my desire, and I’m gradually witnessing an increase in my strength.In general, I am satisfied with this supplement due to its effectiveness in producing results, ongoing benefits, appropriate dosage, and enjoyable flavor. The only small issue I have is that the gummies often stick together, requiring you to put your fingers in the jar to separate them.

Not the best tasting gummies – Jury is out on potential benefits
I had to look up the listing a second time because the label does not say what flavor these gummies are supposed to be. In the listing it says “Mixed Berry” but I’m not tasting any berry, but more like an odd combination of vanilla and licorice. In the ingredient label in very tiny print it mentions tapioca twice so maybe that’s what I’m tasting. It also says “natural masking flavor”. Masking what exactly? Gummies seem to clump together more than most, but it’s made in the USA and the expiration date on the bottom of the bottle is thankfully easier to read than the tiny label print. Too soon to tell if I will get any benefits from taking these but these gummies do not taste like “Mixed Berry” that’s for sure.

Odd taste…
These gummies aren’t all that bad. They have a harsh taste that is suppressed heavily by the amount of sugar in them which is concerning as well, though not much can be done. The effects are hard to notice, though I have been losing weight since I started using them (Which could be due to eating less while working, though either way).All in all, I don’t know. I’ve been taking them for just under a month and haven’t noticed a whole lot of differences.
