I like this product a lot. It’s easy to use, doesn’t have an unpleasant flavor, and even if it did, it is easy to mask using tea or other drinks. I’ve used it for a while and am noticing a small difference in my breathing. I have asthma so anything that helps me breathe better is always welcome. As with any supplement the results are subjective. I find the taste to be pleasant. No weird aftertaste. Has it made a difference? Possibly. Hard to tell as of yet. I do know however there doesn’t seem to be any evidence of side effects.Time will let me know if I am receiving any benefits from this.But so far yes, it seems to be helping.
