The Komohom resistance workout station is a complete system for strengthening without the hassle of free weights. In physical therapy clinics, elastic exercise bands are used preferentially because they provide a smooth increase in resistance as the material is stretched. That is better for joints and muscles and you can focus on a specific region of the body that needs strengthening. The five different levels, and combinations of more that one give the user a huge range of options. If possible, mount a hook near where you can stand or sit while doing an activity you do routinely anyway. You can increase your workout time without carving out a new block of time if you can exercise while on the phone or in front of a screen. I plan to mount one of the hooks on the wall in my shop and keep a couple of the bands there, just as added incentive to do a little workout when I’m there. This kit has just about everything you need to get some serious resistance training at home.

Just what I wanted.
I got these bands to use when I go on vacation or travel for work. They seem to have everything I need. There are videos online that show you how to get a full body workout. A lot of attachements came with the five bands. I believe one is for under the door, there is a pair of hand grips and there are three that can permanently attach to the wall or floor.
