Great for my home gym band work
I found these to add to my home gym. They are strong and sturdy and so far they work great with my bands.

They look and work great, but if you are mounting them into studs (a necessity if you are using them seriously, the lateral hole centers need to be about .75-.875 inches to get all of screws into a 1.5 inch stud.

Very solid, well made wall anchors…
Normally, I don’t like to do reviews unless I have installed and/or used a product. Unfortunately, my home gym is still under construction so I have no place to hang this at this time, but I have been around gyms and used similar products enough to know that this is a well made, heavy duty, high quality product. Holding this in the hand you can tell that it’s extremely tough and durable. You could probably run over this with a tank and it might have a little scratch in the coating but the shape would endure. The key of course, is to install this in some dense material, such as a stud or concrete, it’s only going to be as strong as the medium it’s attached too. That being said, properly installed, you could probably strap this to a truck and pull the wall down. They come with hardware to install them as suggested.In addition to the heavy duty construction, the rubberized coating keeps the edges smooth to protect your bands and gear from friction and eventual frays and breaks. The red color helps you see these before bumping into them. I plan on hanging two of these on a vertical surface mainly for shoulder work with bands, and then from the ceiling close to a bar for pull-up assistance. I have no doubt they will exceed my expectations. If you are in the market for wall anchors to use in your workouts, these are a great choice.

Solid bracket, terrible anchors
I did go with 2 stars since the bracket itself is sturdy and appears well made. The anchors and bolts provided didn’t appear to be sized correctly as the bolts would pull out of the anchors with moderate force. The anchors did not pull out of the wall, the bolts slipped out of the anchors. I was able to remove the anchors from the wall and replace with toggle bolts from local hardware store. $15 fix, but significantly more secure.

Very heavy duty anchors, so I don’t have to worry about pulling them down
These are some very HEAVY DUTY anchors for resistance bands, I will mount then at three different heights, I will also make sure they are in studs, not drywall. I expect I will like these for how heavy duty they are once I decide where to mount them.

Solidly Made Wall Anchors
I ordered these anchors to use with a resistance strap for back stretching exercises. They appear to be very well made with a nice rubberized coating. Their red color makes them stand out a bit, which is probably a good thing if they’re mounted at a level where someone might bump into them. Installation was fairly easy. I like that there are four screw holes, maximizing the tension distribution at all four corners of each anchor. While the set includes drywall screw anchors, I would not recommend using them. Considering the amount of tension I will be putting on the anchors, I would only feel comfortable anchoring them directly into a wooden stud. I used a stud finder to locate a stud behind the plaster wall.Overall, I am very pleased with these well made, heavy duty resistance band wall anchors and would definitely recommend them as long as you have a place to put them where they can be screwed into solid wood or a wooden wall stud.

Small but Strong
I do have to laugh at the advertisement and how it purposely displays these anchors out of perspective compared to their actual size.See my attached photo of one anchor in my hand.They are small anchors. They are nothing in relation to the size they imply next to people.So they are thick. The base plate and the anchor hooks are all made out of a steel that is slightly more than 1/8th inch thick. They are have a rubber coated molded around the anchors/hooks.They each come with 4 mounting holes and they have provided mounting hardware. I would only recommend using the anchor bolts secured into a good solid wood section of your wall or wherever. Just don’t install them into a sheetrock wall and expect them to remain in place.I do recommend these if you have the proper area to mount them. However, I also recommend you read the provided customer experience reviews and disregard the image sizes they are trying to convince customers of in the photos.
