Use the included wrench to rotate the bolt at the end of the treadmill to make the running belt appropriately tight; After the adjustment is completed, first observe whether the belt is running smoothly without load, and then start exercising.
🏃♀️ 𝐓𝐈𝐏𝐒: If there are wrinkles or gaps between the running belt and the running board, it means that the running belt is loose and still needs to be tightened. If the running belt is stuck and not smooth, it is too tight and needs to be loosened. If it is still tight and the treadmill has been used for more than 4-6 months, you may need to add lubricant.

Practical compact treadmill with 3 separate controls
The reasons for choosing this machine:- I paid $300 for it (an opened box item but it’s brand new with only the box opened then taped back.)-It has 3 HP, less than 3 HP it’s just a toy.- It has handlebars (at 64, I do need this feature.)- There are 3 control options: remote, top panel and bottom panel (better to have more than 1.)- It has 12 Preprograms for quick exercise routines.- It looks nice and strong like a serious home exercise equipment. The setup:- This machine needs a hard solid flooring so I put it on my first hardwood floor for testing (My decorated but not really for use living room.)- I use a professional level to ensure left side and right side are on the same level (I use junk mails for adjustment. I found a thin sheet of plywood in the box for this purpose but it’s just too thick.)The 1st test finding:- The control is intuitive so I did not open the manual.- The machine runs well out of the box so no adjustment for now. At 157lbs and 5’8, I don’t put any stress on the treadmill. After 1/2 hour, I found that if I walk or run near the rear side, the belt will be driven off center easily. If I walk or run close to the front side, The belt stay center the whole time.- I can’t verify that this machine can go up to 8.7 mph, but at program # 4 it’s already too fast for me.- The programs on the machine make it Fast and Slow. Fast will heat up the motor then Slow will cool it down. This is a very good idea to prolong the life expectancy of the machine. I recommend using the programs on this treadmill.- This machine has 3 seconds delay when started and slowing down when stopped. This is really helpful to senior user like my wife and me.- The remote really a good accessory when you run a lot on the treadmill. Walking, you don’t need it.- I bought this treadmill mainly for my wife to use during bad weather days. She only 5′ & 100lbs so this machine will be in my house for ever. The best thing is “my company pays for it.”

So far so good – this is a fairly sturdy, space conscious treadmill which is easy to use. I like the app as well, makes it fun and easy to do different workouts.

Wish it was wider
Works well, easy setup, and pretty quiet. I do wish the pad was wider as I find myself walking onto the side plastic when I am not paying attention. Otherwise, great deal for the product!

Nice Teadmill
The treadmill arrived on time. It was easy to quickly set up and use. The size is perfect, and I’m able to easily move the treadmill around as needed. I love the handlebars feature. This suits my needs perfectly and the price was very doable as compared to the cost of bigger treadmills. I’m very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

Exactly what I needed
This treadmill is so perfect for my needs. Super sturdy and easy to use. I love the remote control option and the phone holder. I use it on the second floor of my home and was nervous it would be clunky and noisy but not at all. Fits right under my office futon and doesn’t take up too much space.It’s heavier than I thought. Although it is easy to wheel around it is a little heavy to slide under the couch where I store it.Great product overall. Very happy!

I have been waiting a while to review this as I wanted to be sure it was what I wanted it to be and it is! I use it almost everyday and love that there are so many options for how I can use it. You can walk, jog, or even run! You can use it with the sides folded down and use the remote to control it, but I like have the sides up as I use the tablet stand when I do my workouts. I love that I can set a time or distance I want to walk and the treadmill automatically slows to a stop when it finishes. I also love that it doesn’t take up too much room and comes already assembled, plus the book even has a couple pages with stretches and suggestions for working out. Perfect for what I needed!

Quiet and simple
Perfect for what I wanted—— I wanted an affordable indoor walking option— no fancy programs , no simulations of hills or mountains— just a flat walking pad—It is heavy and while it is maneuverable I wouldn’t say easily — I can get it to another room. Wouldn’t want to move it often though—so so quiet— as seen in the video I posted— Easy to watch movies or listen to podcasts—I am 5-5 so the length is ok for me. I think it’s shorter than a normal treadmill— maybe— so someone taller and with a longer stride may have issues. I am having to pay attention to the width and length so I don’t trip up. Again, not too much of an issue for me.—there is no pause feature— so 15 minutes into your walk and the dog wants out you have to stop it and then restart— it doesn’t bother me but I have seen it mentioned in other reviews— you can take a slow stroll (0.6 slowest) or go Into a fast jog or run (6 highest). I have only used maybe up to 4—— haven’t tried one of the usual treadmill features yet and hope not to. BUT I think it will perform extremely well if you need it —The Clothes Rack/Clothes catcher feature— it isn’t advertised but I am sure it will be excellent if needed🤣🤣***please use the safety clip. I haven’t needed it yet but it is there for a purpose— be safe
