Easy potassium
Believing I might not be getting enough potassium and noticing that my daily vitamin tablet only provided 2% of the RDA, I decided to try a supplement. And why not gummies if you have to take something? These taste like raspberry treats and I don’t mind taking them at all. They tend to stick together in the bottle which is a little inconvenient. Two of them is the recommended dosage but that is only 25% of RDA. Although promised as two day delivery, it took four.

I’m on oral chemo and my potassium is constantly low. I have a prescription strength, but I prefer these because they are chewable. Great taste. Will definitely update the review when I get information from my doctor but for now they are great.

Helps solve low potassium problems
Quickly increase your potassium level to correct I’m balance. While use of this (or any over the counter supplement) should be discussed with your doctor, when you know from history what your symptoms may be from like I do, you can try to self correct a specific issue.Potassium deficiency can lead to muscle cramps.For me that’s both cramps in my hips and calves along with bladder spasms. My bottle happed to arrive when I had bladder spasms and charlie horse cramps in my left leg. Two little gummie bears, one serving, worked fast to help both issues.A serving is 25% of the recommended for an adult. It’s easily available in many foods like oranges and bananas to name a few.. These gummies are an effective substitute when an appropriate food isn’t readily accessible. This is a very high dose for a non prescription potassium supplement.The flavor is pleasant but not really identifiable. From the label it would seem to be raspberry.

If you or someone who suffers from frequent leg cramps these are the gummies you need to start taking. They don’t have much of a flavor but they definitely help you with your potassium levels if you have relatively low

I guess they probably contain a beneficial amount of potassium, but they stick together inside the bottle and are not easy to get out. They actually become a brick of gummies. For that reason, I would not purchase again.

Great Tasting, Easy Way to Get Potassium
I have to take potassium supplements, specifically, the citrate form. Having a good tasting, easy-to-chew-and-swallow option, such as these Potassium Citrate Gummies from GrnLife, is a nice change from the usual gelatin capsules that can stick in your throat if you don’t wash them down with water.These sugar-free gummies are fairly small (see photo for size comparison), so chewing and swallowing them – even 2 at a time (a serving is 2 pieces) – is super easy. They have a delicious raspberry flavor and aroma and there is no disagreeable aftertaste. I have not experienced any stomach upset taking these gummies.I was very pleased to find that these gummies arrive in a triple-sealed bottle. There is a very durable plastic film shrink-wrap covering the bottle “head-to-toe”, Then, there is a tamper-evident neck band, and finally, a tamper-evident safety seal over the mouth of the bottle (see photo).The lot number and expiration date are clearly printed on the bottom of the bottle (see photo).The only thing, traceability-wise, that is an issue is the lack of information as to the actual source of these gummies. Information as to who makes them and where that occurs is not provided. The label simply states that they are “Manufactured for GrnLife, LLC, Clarksville, TN 37040 USA”. There is no contact information provided. The lack of source and contact info are the reason for the 4-star rating.

Nice dosage and taste
I was found to be a little low in potassium so I’ve been trying a few potassium gummy supplements. These are a tasty one, with a decent amount of potassium (1200mg per serving). I also really like that they include some soluble fiber in the filler—I’m at the age where fiber supplements become important!The gummies are on the firm side so they don’t stick annoyingly to your teeth. I wonder how the soluble fiber filler changes the texture, and I think it’s a great idea for a filler since it’s something many people could use.Overall these are solid and much more convenient than a banana when you need some potassium.
