That being the case, I would make it a habit to grab the prescribed portion the moment I finished my breakfast and then go on with my day. Due to the fact that I kept them in a prominent location in my kitchen, it was not difficult for me to develop this habit. When I was having trouble remembering things, it was helpful to have them there in front of me since it helped me keep on course. While I was in the beginning stages, I made an effort to pay attention to any tiny changes that occurred in my breathing or my overall vitality. With the exception of a little deviation from my usual schedule, I didn’t notice anything throughout the first few days. Got to say that I have COPD , got to say they do help me breath but not every time I take them , also the big sales pitch is for “phlegm ” I really saw NO improvement. Maybe work better with someone else. Don’t think the cost is worth it, in my case.
