Good taste, but too sweet for me
While this seems to be going the job and tastes good, it’s just too sweet for me. Also, no matter how careful I am, the outside of the bottle is always sticky. I won’t order again, but if sugary is your thing, go for it. I bet kids would love it.

It is my opinion that the taste makes it simple for me to include it into my daily routine, regardless of whether I take it alone or combine it with a glass of water. A significant advantage, in my opinion, is that it is not too sweet. I saw a big decrease in the frequency and severity of my leg cramps within a few days, particularly throughout the night. This was notably noticeable during the night. Since I started using this medication, I have been able to get a better night’s sleep and wake up feeling more refreshed. In the past, muscle cramps have caused me to wake up many times throughout the night.

So far as great way to take magnesium. It taste so good. I do wish the dropper was a little different. I have to use the dropper more times then it says cause it won’t fill up to the line no matter how I tip the bottle.
