I’ll be honest. I don’t know whether to give this a three or a four star because the amount that you get is not near a 30 day supply, no way mine last me a week in that’s if I’m lucky. And because I’m new to it, I can’t review the effects that it might have on me in a couple months but the one thing I would say about it is five star is it gave me a lot of energy I noticed immediately the energy I had while taking that and taking the 12, B9 and B2 while taking this and a significant improvement in energy just within two hours of taking it so if energy is what you want get that stuff and combined it with your B 12 vitamins but know that this will not last 30 days it will last like I said, maybe seven at the most. And it taste super super good it taste like really nice honey
