pretty sweet Berberine drops
I don’t love these drops. I got them to help with my blood sugar. Because I have problems with my blood sugar, I don’t love sweets. I find these drops to be icky sweet. As for efficacy, I feel they are of average. Maybe if I added these to water or tea they would be more tolerable.

Very convenient
The flavor is not bad with this liquid berberine you can taste the cinnamon mostly. I’m currently taking to many capsule supplements per day and thought I would give this a try to cut back on the capsules I had to take everyday. The serving size is one dropper, and it goes down pretty smooth, I don’t have to chase it with something to get rid of a horrible aftertaste. With the ceylon cinnamon added it takes care of two supplements in one for me.
