I am not pregnant, but I am anemic, so I needed a source of Iron, as well as vitamin E. I also take Biotin for hair, nails, and skin health. This product provides all three (and more), cutting my need to take multiple supplements into one. I am usually covered in bruises, but after 60 days of using these multivitamins, I only have a couple.This product is rich in B Vitamins, including B1, B2, B3 (niacin), B5 (calcium pantothenate), B6, B7 (biotin) B9 (folic acid), and B12. I am always happy to find any sort of women’s vitamin that also includes iron. I still do not understand why this isn’t in all, or most women’s multivitamins. The pills themselves are quite large, but still manageable, with no noticeable aftertaste. It is a 2-month supply, they are FDA approved, and made in the USA. These factors make me feel a bit more comfortable about using them considering these supplements could directly affect a pregnancy. They also seem like a good value for the amount you get. The only con I would say is that the text on the actual pill container is TINY. It is to the point where it is hard to get the camera to focus on the text without making it blurry. So, if you want to know about the vitamin percentages, I would recommend just checking the product photos page instead of straining your eyes trying to read the bottle.

Very Good Multi Vitamin
A while back, at an annual wellness visit, I asked my primary care doc if there is any reason I shouldn’t take a prenatal vitamin, as I found one by a brand I liked at a really great price. She said it was a fine idea, as they tend to have a comprehensive rundown of vitamins in them.Since then, I’ve tried out a few, and I really liked this one. It has a good, basic set of vits, and nothing to a high levels. Iron is boosted slightly, but not to a problematic level (which can cause constipation).The current price is $15.99 which is really not bad for two months worth of vitamins, as you only take one per day, which I really appreciate.So, even if just a lady who likes a good multi: these work for you! Recommended.

Easy to swallow
I haven’t had any issues with these vitamins. I like that the serving is just one tablet per day, so that it makes these vitamins a nice value. I find that these are easy to swallow and I haven’t noticed any aftertaste or have any stomach issues while taking them.

I love that these are organic multivitamins. I’ve been told that taking a prenatal is good for women, even if they aren’t pregnant, so it would benefit women even if they aren’t having a baby! It has extra iron for when we need it most, and it’s easy to take, just once a day. There’s no aftertaste, and it didn’t make me feel sick, like some other multivitamins do.

These multivitamins are great. They’re easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. The ingredients seem to be high quality, and I never felt sick after taking them. The price is a little high, in my opinion, but the multis work as they should.

Extra Iron!
Having just delivered my 3rd baby, I’ve been through SEVERAL brands of prenatal vitamins. Through all of my preganancies I needed extra iron to supplement, so I was really happy to see the higher dose on this one. The pills are large but I had no issues getting them down. I really like that the dosing is just one pill meaning this bottle should last you 2 months. Most other brands will say 60 pills but each dose is 2 pills. This is just more convenient. The pricing is great for a 2 month’s supply. Honestly not sure how these are considered organic but I’m not an expert in those things. Overall really happy with this brand so far.
