I have been taking these vitamins for 2 weeks now and they seem to be working. I got over a very bad cold as soon as I started taking them and them my daughter got sick with the stomach bug. Usually if my kids get sick that means I get sick. Bit not this time. This time I stayed healthy and strong. Made me a very happy momma. Will definitely be continuing these vitamins. I normally dont do vitamins to make me feel better because that has never really ever worked for me. BUT since going to college I now live in a pool of bacteria and unhygienic people. Dropping like flies…
I am a commuter student and I am always on the go. Living in the city I am always around people and I touch a lot of doorknobs, grip the pole on the bus or train, shake hands etc. Everyone at work is sick and I have yet to catch what they had. We also have someone with strep and I am working just fine.Food for thought, eat before taking this…. I didn’t one day and my gosh I felt like I was going to puke.
