Love me some tart cherries, and turmeric!
I am a really big fan of tart cherries, and turmeric! Especially when the turmeric is combined with black pepper. Because turmeric does not absorb into our system that well unless we mix it with black pepper. So if you happen to have turmeric capsules, I always take little black pepper, then chuck it down with my capsule. But most of the time I try to get turmeric that has black pepper in it. So when I saw this supplement combination of both, I just had to try it!I had a neighbor that turned me on to tart cherries. She was telling me about how they really helped her aching joints. And as I’ve gotten older and had a few falls, I’ve been experiencing the same thing.I immediately start drinking the juice, which really made a difference. However… Tart cherry juice is exactly that…quite tart! My neighbor told me that she started taking the capsules; and noticed they were just as good. So I decided to order me a bottle of the capsules, and they indeed work just as good!I also did some additional research; and found that turmeric also worked just as good!
