Great all around!
I purchased this walking pad in July 2024 and it has been great! I also purchased a rising desk and I love to use the walking pad while working.I have found it easy to walk at the 2 miles per hour speed while working normally and it dosnt affect my typing speed at all. If I have a long meeting, I’ll crank it up to 4 miles per hour while I listen in (although I can’t type and walk at this speed). I use a headset and no one can hear the walking pad in the background during meetings.I also like to pop in an audio book and walk, and have occasionally used the walking pad while watching TV. The walking pad does make a little bit of noise but I just increase the TV a little bit and it’s fine. There are wheels on the front end and it is easy enough to pick up the walking pad and wheel it around the house. The height is low enough, you could easily fit it under a bed and maybe even a couch.The walking pad also came with a servicing kit. I haven’t had to use this in the past 6 months but it is great to have. I have long haired pets and I was worried their hair would be trapped in the motor (like my vaccum!) but that didn’t happen at all. Works great.I lost my remote recently and I reached out to customer support and they replied incredibly quickly.

Arrived quickly and box good condition. Set up was super easy…plugged in, turned on switch and started with the remote. Belt was a hair off track from center so I adjusted with the provided tool in less than a minute. Much quieter than I expected. Looking forward to getting in some exercise while working at my standing desk. Weight was about what I expected and will easily store behind a door when sitting. Very happy with my purchase.

Can handle heavy people, very quiet, and easy to store
This is my favorite purchase for my home office. First thing this treadmill can handle big folks, I am 255 pounds which is ten pounds shy of its weight limit and it has not skipped/stopped once. I am sure it could handle 265 and probably more without any issue. Things I love – it is very quiet, especially in comparison to a regular treadmill. The basic built in noise cancellation in Teams or Zoom means nobody is going to hear the treadmill during meetings. I love the size and weight of this thing. It is less than 5 inches at its tallest making it super easy to store under things. It has wheels that roll smooth in the front and I would guess it weighs around 45pounds, totally manageable to move around. Love that there was no setup, you take it out of the box plug in the power cord, step on it and use the remote to start walking/running. The displays rotates in a loop showing you your speed, time duration, calories burned, and distance. You do have to be careful to aim the remote at the IR receiver but its location is clearly marked on above the display. The treadmill also comes with two squeeze bottles of lubrication for the belt and a extra coin battery for the remote. It also comes with a nice oversized allen key which you use to re-center the belt. Really happy with it and thrilled that I can meeting my daily step goals while working at my desk.

Very squeaky
As far as walking pads go, it’s very average. Not good or bad the biggest compliment I suppose I can give it is that it still works. My biggest complaint is that it squeaks relentlessly and it drives me up a wall. It sounds like a screw is loose somewhere, but I just can’t figure out where. For 100 bucks, it’s, OK but I’m pretty sure if I just did a little more research I could of found a better one.

Great walking pad. It’s a good size that would suit even fast walkers. Ideal for taking extra steps throughout the day. Light enough so you can move easily. The walking pad contains a little nook to store your control which is convenient. It was a bonus that it came with a tool to tighten or loosen the belt. It also came with a lubricant for the belt. Great value.

I bought this walking pad to hit my step/fitness goals as I am not someone who likes to get ready and go to the gym so this has been an awesome alternative for my walks especially with the cold weather approaching.The product itself is;- great size. compact enough to slip under your bed but big enough that you can walk on it properly without feeling like you will fall off.- Very sturdy- not noisy. I’ve tried a walking pad in the past that made so much noise even with support underneath but this one, even without any of that, the noise is very minimal (I live in an apartment)- good speed increments- extra batteries (one already comes in the remote but you get an extra) and oil for the beltoverall very happy with this purchase and customer service is also amazing which is a relief.

It is almost impossible to find the balance on this one. I keep adjusting the belt by using the tool provided. I cannot completely get rid of the grinding sound. Before each use and even during use, I have to get off and adjust the belt.It is virtually impossible to use normally.I really want this to work so I’m going to keep using it for the next few more days but if this keeps happening, I will be returning thisDisappointed

Creaking noise (from the front of the walking pad) even after following the instructions provided by the seller, had to take the thing apart – and it did nothing. Yes, it helped to reach my daily steps, but this one is not at all durable or of good quality.
