Easy to swallow. No bad taste
The capsules are not the largest I’ve seen, so that makes it easier to swallow.I didn’t notice any taste while taking them and I didn’t burp up any after taste either which is always appreciated!Honestly, unless a person takes supplements like these for several months, it’s impossible to gauge the efficacy.

Good quality ginseng
This is the real deal – pure American ginseng. It is not an extract, but it seems pretty potent and offers a nice dosage at 500mg per capsule. I find 1-2 capsules gives me a nice sense of stimulation and boost in focus.They claim “10 year old ginseng” – which is impressive but I am a little skeptical. I believe most commercial American ginseng products are around 4-5 years old – but regardless this is a good ginseng supplement and definitely better than a lot of the ginseng products out there.

These supplements came in different packaging than the picture. The label was coming off the bottle. It all sketched me out a bit. I didn’t suffer any il effects from the capsules but I chose not to take them regularly.

A bit difficult to swallow
If made in the USA is important to you, this supplement definitely is! So many supplements try to use deceptive wording to make it appear it is manufactured in the US when it is really not, but this one is. My only complaint is something about the pill makes it a bit more difficult to swallow than most, and I don’t even have difficulty swallowing pills usually. Just make sure you have lots of water to wash it down!
