Good way to get turmeric, plus.
Herbs and spices are boosts to the body, and turmeric is at the top of the heap. I don’t seem to use it enough in my daily cooking. I like that it’s made in the UK, organic and non-GMO, and includes ginger and especially black pepper, which helps with absorption. The serving size is three capsules. There is only the slightest aroma, a pleasant one that’s like a faint whiff of spice, and they’re easy to swallow. Good find.

I’ve been using turmeric in my daily routine for over ten years. First, it was ground turmeric in food or drink. After using it that way daily for several years, a yellowing of my teeth was pointed out to me. Since then, I’ve been taking it in capsules. The ingredient combinations have changed over the years, but almost always include a form of black pepper, for better absorption. I’ve always noticed that having ginger in my system helps my entire body feel better. That makes this the perfect combination for me. It has become the go-to in my daily turmeric capsule.

Two Of the Four Ingredients Are Organic
These turmeric capsules are the standard size and dose. The label correctly claims there is 1950mg per serving, but the devil is in the details: a serving is three capsules, and that amount is the combined total of turmeric, ginger black pepper and curcuminoids. What you get per capsule is 500mg turmeric, 100mg ginger, 50 curcuminoids, and about 5mg of black pepper. Decent numbers, and this per-pill amount makes it easy to split up the dosage to your preferred intake. The turmeric and ginger are marked as organic, the other two items are not. Capsules are the standard size, easy to swallow with enough water. Look nice and yellow, smell great. The lid is a bit touchy to open and close. I’ve already moved these into a bottle with a better lid.

Three capsules sugested
In my personal experience I believe Tumeric is beneficial to me and have taken it several years. I like the fact that this product also contains black pepper and ginger. According to the suggestion you should take three capsules a day. They are average size, easy to swallow and I had no side effects. I like to take them at separate times with food, but that is just my preference. For me the bottle snaps on and is a bit hard to open but it probably is just my fingers. I am satisfied with the product.

I prefer turmeric with ginger added to it and black pepper. The capsules are easy to take. The serving size is 3 capsules per day, so that’s about a 40-day supply if you take it the same every day. I am happy with the quality so far and would recommend it.
