I like the fact that it is a tasty, chewable supplement. Since I have only taken it for a week or so, i cannot give an opinion on its benefits yet. However, i am glad that the expiry date of the vitamins is in early 2023. The previous K2D3 supplement (another brand) that was shipped to me in Hong Kong had only a few months of shelf life left. ! When I tried to make a complaint, I was asked to send photos of the bottle etc. My point is that. It is important NOT to sell health products that expire so soon!

This is a fairly priced supplement with just the right dosages of Vitman D3 and K2. My only complaint is they’re rock hard and difficult to chew.

Works for VDR TAQ
If you have low vitamin D due to VDR TAQ, this will bump your levels up. It may require 2 tablets per day. But check with your dr and monitor your blood levels. Great product!

Fantastic supplement for us as well as our children when we are not eating directly from our garden, especially in the winter months!💓D3 drastically assists in regulating hormonal impbalances. Those who are experiencing menopausal fluctuations, I would highly recommend talking to your doctor about adding this critical supplement. Has the combination of D3 and K2 that I had hoped to find. I like the chewable tablets dosage since the taste is not unpleasant. I will be buying again and recommend this product to others as a step toward achieving the goal of a healthy D3 level.
