Excellent multi-vitamin
My daughter in law took it upon herself to talk to a health care practioner to find out what type of multiminerial/vitamin supplement my husband and I should be taking. We both are in excellent health and we try to eat well. This particular product was the top choice and we have used it for several years now. Our doctor has told us that whatever we are doing to keep it up. When the health-food store we purchased it from no longer carried this product, we were quite pleased to discover it on Amazon. These vitamins are great! Being iron and copper free are great for people with high iron problems and copper dysregulation. They have been very gentle on my sensitive stomach which is a huge bonus. Arrived damaged. The tablets are mush!
I just opened the bottle and most of the tablets are broken and shredded. They are unusable. I need a refund or a new bottle sent to me with whole pills. Please correct this.

These vitamins have about everything you need in them for supplementing your diet regardless of what that may look like. They also give you an energy boost in the form of stamina not a rush that lets you down. I’ve used this product for 20 years and have enjoyed vitality for the majority of those years.
