Superb product!
Many years ago a research scientist recommend this product. She said it was the best and easiest to absorb by your body. I have used it for over 8 years with good results on toleration. I mix it with my water as the level my body tolerates well. IYKYK. You have to figure out what your body wants and then stick with it. The directions will be right for most people but it can also be tailored to your personal needs. Much better than taking magnesium in any other form in my opinion based on my usage.

My nutrition specialist calls this a girls best friends, for lots of reasons, also helps with men as well. Calming muscles, stress and allowing for better sleep. Orange is my favorite flavor, it’s not too subtle but also not too much. Goes well with teas as well.

Not sure why Amazon made me edit the original review – it was positive about the product.I’m using the Orange Calm for mild leg pain. It’s been working well and has also helped with anxiety. I did start out with using 1/4 tsp per day and worked up to the full 2 tsp. It dissolves easily in both hot and cold liquids. Tastes great!
