Awesome Pre Workout!
I love the flavor blue raspberry, so I’m glad it’s an option! Very effective pre workout supplement. I definitely felt the harmless tingling sensation the container warns of. It does have a bit of a sour aftertaste, but that goes great with the blue raspberry flavor anyways. The container is sold by weight, so don’t be surprised when you see it’s only half filled brand new.The only negatives I can think of for this product:1) Price – $2 per scoop2) Foamy – Don’t shake it much at all, it foams up A LOT!3) Dust Cloud – Definitely creates a cloud of dust when dumped into your bottle (very glad their protein doesn’t do this)If you can afford it I think it’s worth a shot! It’s definitely effective, and the negatives are minor besides price. I feel like they could make this a slightly better value. Wish they sold it in a larger size for a better price.

This is a fantastic product. It’s very refreshing to see more products like this with very clear labeling and nutrition info. Every ingredient is laid out in full disclosure with no “proprietary matrix” hiding the dosages. All ingredients are clinically dosed amounts of compounds that scientifically backed to aid in workout intensity and help against muscle fatigue. The creatine dose – 3g – is on the low end of the 3-5 range so I do add about 2g of creatine post workout. I actually like this since there may be benefit to splitting the dosage pre and post. I recommend using a half scoop at first and slowly upping to a full scoop. Even with a half scoop in the beginning I did get a little light headed at first after a hard lift. Great, great preworkout- does what a great preworkout should, which is, help focus a little bit, activate a pump, and fire up your CNS.

I worked in the supplement and fitness industries for 20 years and if I were making a pre workout myself this is roughly what I’d choose to make personally. Works well. A little more caffeine than I’d like as I try to do max 300mg a day but it gets the job done and tastes great. Efficacious doses of ingredients and love how NutraBio doesn’t do any proprietary blends and puts it all on the label including their proteins. Now that I am out of the industry NB is my brand of choice. Great company and products!

Nutra Garbage!
First the bad: This transparent seeming company sneaks Splenda, or Sucralose, in as the last ingredient. An artificial sugar that does not get broken down by your body and might have adverse side effects. To me, the credibility of this company as the honest supplement company has been ruined. Just use sugar or Stevia instead of saving some pennies on production. Also it tastes awful, if i think about what I just gulped down I begin to feel nauseous.The good: It works… I’ll still pay the same amount for something natural instead of Nutra Garbage any day.Update: I have tried another pre workout , pulse, and pulse gives me a better workout than I ever got with pre. It tastes better and does not have garbage in it.

I’ve been using this preworkout for about a year. If you know preworkout, you should know that line alone is significant—I have not built up any kind of tolerance to the ingredients. It still gives me great gym sessions (especially when coupled with a good nights sleep).If you take time to research the ingredients and the dosages, you will see that everything is CLINCIALLY DOSED, meaning they put enough of each ingredient for it to have the effects shown in clinical trials of that ingredient. The taste is among the best in prrworkout. I usually mix mine with more water than recommended because i like a lighter flavor in general.Two tips:First, shake occasionally while drinking. Obviously one of the ingredients aren’t soluble, and you will see it float to the bottom.Second, MAKE SURE TO ORDER FROM NUTRABIO LABS. Other suppliers on Amazon are shipping old inventory that is clumpy, has a foul oder, and bad taste. Product has been consistently good when ordered from Nutrabio via Amazon.
