    Excellent band for hip workout
    Used this band while doing Physical Therapy and love that it doesn’t roll or cut into your skin, like the other bands do. Bought one so I could continue the routine on my own at home. Comes with a card with exercises on it and also free access to an online work out platform (which I haven’t tried yet).

    CS Hip & Core System
    I think this is my favorite piece of physical therapy equipment. I use it for post surgery rehab to strengthen my legs, hips, and core. It feels great using it, like you can feel your muscles coming to life and strengthening! I’m in my 60s and plan on staying as young, fit, and mobile as possible for the rest of my journey here. I plan on using this for always and forever!

    My favorite product for training
    I broke my hip and had surgery, and it did not go as well as expected. I finally had revision surgery and it went great. Now after 3 1/2 years not being able to walk I lost most of the strength in my legs. I started as in patient therapy for 3 weeks, and continued as out patient. At one of the top surgery rehab facilities in Los Angles they introduced me to the Core and hip strengthening system. Of all the expensive equipment available with top notch trainers the core and hip system is THE BEST !!I purchased my own set and use it all the time now.Their exercise plans they have are excellent and you can move up at your own pace.Buy it and work the plan! You will love the results!Bill

    I was looking for hip halo brand, but this one works great.
    Very similar to Hip Halo band that I used in PT. Works the same. It’s strong and durable. Use it often.

    Very Comfortable to Exercise with.
    I don’t usually write product reviews, but this product calls for one. I’ve been having issues with my core muscles and decided to purchase this Light Band to help me strengthen them. I’ve tried other bands from different vendors and none of them have been as comfortable as this one. One you put it above the knees it never moved once nor did it cut into your skin or leave marks. The resistance level could use improvement, but then again that’s why it’s labeled light. This vendor also sells the Medium and Strong Band. I’m definitely buying those too. That’s how sure I am that they will help me with my physical therapy. If you’re looking for a set of bands to work core muscles, and that have value for money, look no more. I recommend this purchase without any hesitation.

    Much better than regular exercise band/belt
    I have been using this band on my knee at my physical therapist’s, and I decided to purchase it after using a regular rubber band (belt) at home for a while. Regular rubber band gradually got crinkled and started to put pressure on one narrow spot. It was tedious to straighten it out every time, and I was always unsure if the position of the belt is where it’s supposed to be. This band puts pressure evenly on my knee area, which makes a big difference. It’s sturdy and easy to put on. I’d say it was worth the money.

    Love this product! Ordered their shoulder product as well. So the hips and core system is great for warming up and honestly I’ve noticed a real difference with my knee I injured competing in Olympic lifting. Can even use it when doing squats with weights or deadlift . But I would recommend if wanting it for your lifts to maybe look at sling shots band product. This product is more for warming up and strengthening a weakened area. Comes with 16ish exercises on a hard plastic card that comes with the product that I use daily at home or on the road for work.Really helps keep your knees in if they wing out a lot during squats.There online stuff is great for nursing injuries and very informational. They introduced me to a ton of new accessory work to help strengthen my core and knees.Very impressed with the quality. Isn’t cheap material and I’ve had it for 4 weeks using it in the heat in southern Alberta (+35 most days). Doesn’t seem to hold any bad odours so far.

    I know the product seems expensive, but it’s definitely worth the money. It is very well made and I’m sure it will cope well with regular use. And if you’re a guy with hairy legs, then you’ll know the pain that comes from pulling the normal rubber bands up and down your legs. No such problem with this product, the foam pads are awesome. I think most reasonably strong guys will need the blue band. I don’t imagine the red one would provide enough resistance, unless you just want it for activation.

    was recommended this product by my physio item was despatched promptly and is helping my recovery. have tried other similar products but the quality of this product far surpasses the other and worth spending the extra money for.

    Having had some lower back and knee irritation when I run over a certain distance this was recommended by a friend. It’s well worth the price given the excellent online course provided. Knee pain gone and has helped with a host of imbalances and hard to detect weaknesses.
