Do not recommend
I do not recommend this product, it messed up my cycle so bad. I finally got my cycle back to the way it used to be before I started taking these, they also made me sick and I didn’t ovulate while taking these. They gave me migraines and made me nauseous but since I want to get pregnant I continued to take them. My fiancé hasn’t told me about the men’s vitamins but I’ll update when he’s tells me.

Great supplements, but the flavor is very off putting. My husband doesn’t mind it so much. I think it tastes like orange soap.
