These vegan capsules are easy to swallow, especially when the suggested serving size is 3 capsules. To me that’s a very large dose of vitamins, so I only take 2 a day. That lowers the amount of B12 to 1,000 mcg or 41,667 % Daily Value, which is still an awful lot. Luckily B12 is water soluble and there is no issues taking too much as far as I can tell reading about it on the web.I’ve been taking memory vitamins for a few … what was I thinking about … oh ya, years now since I’m getting older. Of course, if you forget something, how do you know you knew it in the first place? What I normally do is go into a room and think, “why did I come in here and what do I need”. With these vitamins I may still do that, but I tend to remember why a little quicker and it doesn’t appear to be getting any worse.As far as I can tell, so far, these vitamins have had no adverse effects for me. I also look for “Made in USA” for all my vitamins, just to be on the safer side, which these vitamins are.The vitamin bottle came with a safety seal on the lip and the screw on/off cap can also be flipped open for easy access.

I’ve been using these for a few days. They seem fine, although with supplements it’s always hard to tell if they are really working or you just think they are working. I tried these because they have a few ingredients that I’ve used in the past, including GABA, Huperzine A, and l-glutamine. In particular, I thought I noticed a difference with huperzine A – better sleep, funky dreams, and more mental energy.One potential negative is that many of the effective agreements are simply included in the “proprietary blend” part of the label – I can’t tell how much of each is included, and I really don’t like that. To a point, a miniscule portion of a really effective supplement is certainly going to have less of an effect than a larger portion. That said, I did think I noticed a positive effect from this supplement.At just under $32 for a two month supply, this isn’t the priciest supplement out there, and given the good ingredients I think it’s worth a try. Do your research and decide for yourself.

Got Me Out Of The Recliner During Football, Which Isn’t Easy To Do
I’m visiting my Navy Veteran Dad who’s 94 years old. Yesterday, I did a bunch of yardwork for him so I just felt like relaxing and watching some football today. These “QualityStar Laser-Sharp Focus & Memory Vitamins” arrived yesterday, so I thought I would try them out before giving them to my Dad, since I really hope they help him.The Serving Size is 3 capsules, but I don’t take 3 of any supplement the first time in case I have a bad reaction to it. So I took 2 a couple of hours ago and just got back in from riding the electric scooter around for a few miles. Before I took them, I didn’t feel like getting out of the recliner and doing anything. Now I feel like writing some Amazon product reviews.I’ve had no negative reaction, so I’m fine with starting my Dad on them tomorrow to see how his body reacts to 1 capsule at first. If everything is all good, then I’ll just keep him at 1 a day, since I also have him on a standard one-a-day type vitamin and he doesn’t need another 62,500% dose of Vitamin B12 every day. Of course, any excess B12 will just be eliminated through body waste.

I think I can feel a difference.
I like that this supplement has a good amount of B6 and B12, as well as several of the other B vitamins. I also love all the great ingredients found in their propietary blend. I’ve used them seperately before for a variety of things, but it’s nice to have them all in one serving.A serving is 3 capsules, but you could always take more or less depending on your needs.I do feel a little more altert taking this supplement and may be one I buy again.
