Usefulness
I workout to Miranda Edmond White DVDs. Miranda asks us to use these blocks. I also have Yoga blocks. When I bought my Yoga blocks I received two. I wrongly expected two when I bought these and so I had to order another one. I do recall the first shipment taking quite a while. I like the blocks; they are light and strong. Using the blocks does enhance the exercises, making the workout more valuable. I would recommend these to anyone that would be thinking about blocks. Yes get them they are silky smooth and you will be glad you did.

The block may be okay, but the shipping charge and VAT doubled the price of this item when it arrived with a receipt. Bad surprise. There are other better choices.

El producto ha llegado muy rápido y en perfecto estado con su envoltorio de fábrica. En este aspecto muy satisfecho.En cuanto al producto, las medidas son exactamente las que se indican, las medí con un metro y la descripcion es exacta.En cuanto al material, es espuma de consistencia perfecta. Lo he comprado como cojin de asiento porque los que se venden como tal suelen deformarse con el peso del cuerpo y ceder, este producto no cede. Es consistente sin ser duro como la madera y aguanta el peso sentado durante horas sin que sufra ningún cambio ni deformación.El producto se vende para la práctica de yoga y para ese uso también es perfecto porque el material es bueno y resiste el peso tanto en horizontal como en vertical. Los 5 centímetros de grosor son exactos y no varían con el peso.Buen precio, descripción exacta, buen material y servicio de entrega rápido.
