Good value for the product. The taste is interesting. Very earthy with some bitter overtones and spicy undertones. It dissolves wonderfully in warm or hot water. I take about one tablespoon a day. I haven’t noticed a significant difference in adrenal function and energy. This is very mild compared to other types of ginseng tho. It really curbs hunger tho.Never used a powdered Siberian ginseng before so I don’t really have anything to compare it to

I haven’t noticed any benefits yet, not to say that it doesn’t work. I will say that it’s full of fillers, leaving an unpleasant drinking experience .

It does not dissolve in cold drinks
This is my first time buying bulk ginseng so take this for what it’s worth. I was used to the Korean ginseng powdered tea which dissolves in hot and cold beverages. This Siberian Ginseng does not seem to dissolve in cold beverages, ever. I will probably use it for brewed beverages only.
