Tastes good, easy to chew. Definitely experienced the gassy side effect but that means it’s working I guess.

This is one of the better fiber supplements but I found them heavy to chew. You need to take 4 to get your full dose in. They seem to help move things along. The taste is fine, it’s just the texture that isn’t as great as others I’ve tried.

Actually Tastes Good & Works – A Pleasant Surprise
Never thought I’d be writing an enthusiastic review about fiber gummies, but here we are. These MiraFIBER gummies taste way better than they have any right to – more like a treat than a supplement. None of that weird artificial taste or chalky texture you get with other brands.Most importantly, they work without causing any discomfort or urgent situations (if you know what I mean). Started with the recommended dose and had no issues. Just a gentle, effective solution for staying regular.Only downside is they’re a bit pricey compared to regular fiber supplements, but the convenience and taste make it worth it. Plus, I actually remember to take these, unlike those giant horse pills or gritty powder mixes.

I was taking 1 day and it worked great to get my digestion on a once a day basis. My son informed me that the bottle said take 4 so I did for 2 days and my flow increased to 3 times a day, this was excessive for me and my schedule so im back to one a day. If you are having flow issues this should solve it.

Wife review, it’s difficult to rate an item like this because each individual has their own biology that reacts differently to supplements & medications. I tried these for 2 reasons. This brand Miralax has been gentle & effective in the water soluble powder form, & we always have it on hand, but it’s not meant to be used more than a few days so when I was looking to boost my fiber intake with a supplement & saw the chewable gummies I thought why not give them a try for 30 days. After reading the reviews I decided to start with just 2 gummies a day for the first week. Followed by 4 (as the recommended daily dosage) the 2nd week by taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. I stuck with this til the end of the bottle. I’ll say I’m not a gassy person only if I eat very specific foods, so be prepared to be gassy. I did not enjoy this at all & did not matter what I ate. It was only occasionally effective but never got to become regular even with a steady schedule of using the gummies (the bottle instructs to chew them very well) I don’t know that I could do 4 gummies at once, but I have tried it for a month & I will move on from this product. My body does not recommend this but your body may digest It differently. You can try them for 30 days & see if it works for you.

Vague flavor
Don’t taste bad. They are all the same vague jumble of flavors they list so the different colors don’t mean much for flavor. Definitely make me more regular! Great fiber supplement to add to my vitamin spread.
