Tastes Like a Treat, But It’s Actually Good for You
These gummies make taking supplements way too easy. I was expecting the usual chalky, artificial-tasting ordeal, but they actually have a nice berry flavor—nothing too sweet, no weird aftertaste, and best of all, they don’t stick to my teeth like some other gummies do. Good, as far as I can tell
I’ve only been using these for a week, but as far as I can tell they’re pretty good.Taste is decent — pretty standard “unidentifiable berry” flavor that is inoffensive and mild. Not overly sweet and no bitterness from the turmeric.The gummy part itself is not too sticky, mineral-y, or chewy; it’s the kind of vitamin gummy that retains a decent gummy texture but doesn’t stick all over your teeth or feel grainy. I’m not sold on vitamin gummies as a whole, but these in particular are nice.The recommended dosage is two gummies a day, and I would stick to that. You get a lot of berberine in each gummy. You definitely don’t need more than two per day.I will update this if my opinion changes, but for now, I think these are fine to take and I have no complaints.

Hard to tell if the Bererine is doing anything as I just started taking it. The gummies taste excellent, not like candy and overly sweet, just a very nice subtle taste with a touch of cinnamon. They don’t clump together or stick to my teeth. High quality gummy, enjoy eating them.

Two gummies provide 1200mg of Berberine, 200mg of Ceylon Cinnamon, 100mcg of Chromium, along with Milk Thistle extract and Turmeric. When a supplement tastes this good it does not seem like a hard decision at all to continue it. Obviously the said benefits are what everyone is after and those only come with ongoing use. Without skipping a beat I changed to Berberine with Ceylon 1200mg Extract to continue my regiment. The gummies have an awesome mixed berry flavor that seems mildly raspberry dominant. I would definitely purchase again and recommend to others.
