Small and easy to swallow
These are great, slightly higher dose pills of folic acid. A lot of the folic acid I come across at the store is only 200-250 mcg. My doctor wants me taking 1000 so it’s nice that I can get away with only 2 of these as opposed to 4-5 of the other brands. The pills are very small gel caps with no scent or flavor. Easy to take and they don’t upset my stomach.

Easy to swallow, small gelatin-coated soft gel packs with Vitamin b9, and prenatal Folic Acid. It makes a difference after I take it after breakfast, I feel a lot warmer with better energy.I also like iron which helps me a lot due to my iron deficiency anemia. I feel that my hands, feet, and body are warmer in just a couple of hours after I take it.I will take it continuously if the price is more affordable.

I thought this was primarily a supplement for pregnant women, so I was quite surprised when my husband’s neurologist suggested he add this type of vitamin to his daily regime to counteract the effects of his prescription medication. These were convenient to purchase and my husband found them easy to swallow with no ill effects noted.

Good value Folic Acid.
This product contains 250 soft gels containing Folic Acid, which as you may know, comes from green, leafy vegetables. Some of us (ahem) don’t eat nearly enough o these vegetables in our diets, so this is a great way to supplement that. Excellent value, as the supply should last you awhile. 5 star rated.
