Another fail from Amazon/Biotest – Diving catch by Amazon customer service
One star is too generous!! Capsules were melted together – impossible to even get them out of the bottle and (of course) not returnable. Another complete waste of money (I had the same issue with Flameout fish oil – yuck). I suggest avoiding the Biotest brand (via Amazon) for product in a gel-like capsule (Rez-V, Carbolin 19, Omega-Man, FlameOut, D-Fix) until they fix the problem of melting product.Update: 12/09/24 – Trying to work Amazon’s process for a refund of a non-returnable item resulted in a process loop, grrr. I tried chatting with a bot; that was equally frustrating. However, the bot connected me to a real person who helped me get a refund (to gift card) quickly. Kudos to Amazon’s good customer service people. But I am still ticked that I received TWO defective (melted) Biotest products in different shipments. Something in the supply chain is not working properly. That needs to be fixed!

No way to know if it’s working or not, but…
…I will continue to use the product althouth I have no way of know if it’s being beneficial or not.My only complaint is that the gel caps .have a penchant to stick together. Some times I’ll open a new bottle and the entire contents are a congealed mass. Since I can’t return this I found a way to get the Capt to release, and that is to stick the bottle in the freezer for a day and you can literally just shake it all apart.Not my

I need to find something else for stuff I’ve used for years.
I like Biotest products and I’ve been using them for years. However, I always bought them from Biotest on the subscription service. But, now that they go through Amazon the quality just isn’t there. This product and a couple of the others I’ve always bought were melted together and was on good for the trash can. I’m sad that I’ve used these products for quiet a while but now going to have to find replacements for the gelcap products. This has happened with the vitamin D, C-19 and Flameout. Very dissapointed.
