Taste good
Just took my first dose today. The tablets taste good and do have a chewy texture. Looking at past reviews I thought they were going to be hard and chalky but it seems like they improved their formula so I’m happy about that. The price is very reasonable. After I take them for a little while I’ll update my review about how well they work. So far I’m happy.Update 12/26/2024So I’ve been taking these every day for about a week. My digestive system is functioning a lot better and feminine health has improved. I’m feeling very good. I have noticeably less anxiety. I read that gut health really affects the brain and probiotics can help and I definitely believe it now. Since this is a chewable probiotic, you are inoculating your mouth, biome, your throat, and all the way down. Not only does it have a wide variety of strains, but it also has prebiotic herbs and great amino acids with zinc gluconate. I had recently changed my eating habits due to starting a new job. I was eating way too fast and trying to get my protein met with lots of food at once. I felt bloated and had gut rot for three weeks when someone suggested I try a probiotic. I struggle swallowing pills – so I was thrilled when I saw chewable ones. The taste is okay, not the best, but I felt relief in one day. I take 2 chewables once a day after a meal. I will continue to order these as I really believe they have helped my gut health.

You know, I contacted the sellers they advertised that these were chewable probiotics they’re not terrible. They’re hard as a rock and that’s not the impression that I was given when I read that I’m very disappointed in it and won’t be buying from these people again, they have not even respondedFor my sent message I was given them the option to respond to me before I posted this and they didn’t.
