B vitamins are good for nerve health. I needed at least 50mg of all the B’s. I liked that I could get 100mg in a large bottle for a good price. Not a lot I can say about how essential this is in my daily regimen (it IS) but compared to my youth when it took a doctor’s visit to get this injected into my arm it is painless and effective. I take mine with breakfast almost every morning and it offers a safe way to boost energy without complications to one’s cardiovascular system.

Good Supplement but Maybe Too Potent

寝る前に飲むと、疲れが軽減されます。※こればかりは個人の感覚になると思います。ゴルフに行くと疲れますよね。お風呂の前に飲んで、帰りにサウナに行ってスカッとする。なんて事でしょう。筋肉痛が発生しません。色々要因があるとは思いますが、豚肉を1カプセル💊で飲んで終わらせたと思えば良いでしょう。小ネタ排尿がスゴい色とちょっとビタミン臭でます。肉体疲労時は何故か出ない。ので吸収されていると思いたいですね。
