Taste great and easy to mix with any drink
The taste is mild and easy to take. It doesn’t feel too thick or too sweet. The dropper makes it simple to measure the right amount. My throat feels better after using it regularly. The bottle is small enough to carry around if needed. The ingredients look natural, which is something I like. Mixing it with water or juice works well too.

Immunity plus
Elderberry has long been valued for its immunity boosting properties. In addition to that, it is also packed with antioxidants that help reduce oxidation. It tastes good, and similar to Elderberry jam I have had in the past. I like to take this when I am feeling under the weather and I believe it has been beneficial during those times.

Elderberry Extract 15,000mg Strength Tincture – Organic Immune Support & Wellness Supplement | 30ml/1oz. This is the first commercial Elderberry tincture I have used. I had usually made my own with alcohol. This one is has only 3 ingredients: Elderberry (extract form), water and potassium sorbate. It has no sweetener or alcohol added. It has a mild taste when diluted in a water. The price for the bottle is $12.30 which equals $0.41 a serving ie: dropperful. I take Elderberry for my immune health and this seems to be working as well as my homemade version. My bottle doesn’t expire for 2 years but I will definitely be using it up prior.

No real instructions for use
I wanted something to help me ward off the many sicknesses going around, and I had good experience with a different well known elderberry product in the past. I thought this was a different and maybe more flexible type of elderberry as I could put it into various things. Plus, I liked that it doesn’t contain sugars or other extra ingredients that would cause my sensitive digestive system discomfort. I decided to try some straight from the bottle first. Let’s just say, there’s a reason many products add sugar! I don’t recommend using this straight. It has a strong bite and a nasty aftertaste. Think really strong cough syrup bad taste! There was also a bit of a fermented flavor at the end. So this is best added to other things, like beverages.My complaint with this product is that the instructions simply state to use 1 ml. However, the dropper does not have measurements on it, and it also barely fills halfway no matter how you try to suck the liquid up into it. It took quite a few tries to fill a medicine cup to 1 ml, and it seemed like an awful lot. I would have liked for the dropper to have measurement markings on it and be able to get the full dosage amount with the dropper. And it would be helpful for the bottle to have some suggestions for how to take it.I can’t speak to its effectiveness, but I guess time will tell. It TASTES potent anyway!

Good Stuff
I’ve been using another elderberry tincture, which I believe has been very effective, so I am giving this one a try to continue with elderberry through the winter for my immune system. It is easy to use as I just add this to some grape juice and I don’t even taste it.
