Top Quality and Durability
This was the perfect size ball for what I needed. It was packaged very well, and instructions were clear and easy to follow. My ball is now the centerpiece of my living room furniture and is greatly appreciated! Following the instructions, the ball inflated exactly as expected and I was able to come back after a few days and top it back off once the material was stretched. I really like it!

Great value for the money. Came on time and included an air pump, tool to remove plug, and an extra plug. Very durable. Also included a measuring tape for different inflation sizes. Great workout tool and is very strong. Expect it to last a long time.

Worth trying
I would not describe it as extra thick so not five stars but since it is the first yoga ball that has stayed inflated I will say it is a keeper and the sizing is accurate. I tried two before this one to replace the one I had before for at least seven years ( no longer selling same one) and both were much smaller than given measurements an one deflated several times overnight.So this does the job, it does lose a little air and get slightly squishier than intended ( I am a small person for reference so not extra weight load related) but comfortable and great for a few months now. Comes with a pump and extra plug

Small balls
Ball is way smaller than advertised. It didn’t come with a pump as advertised. I ordered the large in silver and it pumped up to 16” with a compressor I had for pool toys. Had to break out my kitesurfing pump to get it to 22” and it feels like it’s going to pop. Probably going to have to return it.

Excellent customer service. Had to return the first ball I ordered as the plug and pin were wrapped up inside the fold of the ball, causing an indentation in several folds. I believe it created some very weak spots and the ball would burst upon inflation/use. No problems with returning and getting a replacement. The next ball arrived and was packaged the same. Also returned, with no problems getting refund. The company really needs to rethink their packaging of product. I felt the ball was a good value for the money.
