Works great for cracking back and working out upper back soreness
Have had back pain and stiffness in my upper back between my shoulder blades. The grooves in this, if you rotate it right, work great for getting at that area. It also pops and stretches the rest of my back, but I haven’t had issues there to comment on how well it works for that purpose. It also doesn’t slip when I use it on a hardwood floor and it doesn’t make any noise. Works as intended without any issues.

This back wheel is a lifesave after a long day! My husband and I take turns using it. I like how your spine fits perfectly in the mold and really cracks yours back. I also used the instruction manual it came with to try out the other stretches and I also do that nightly. It is really well made and love that it came with a storage bag. I highly recommend this back wheel you wont regret it!

This is the second product of this type I’ve acquired. The first one wasn’t quite as “chunky,” more narrow, and a little bigger in diameter. I have found this Zenora to not only hit the right spots better with the larger texturing, but also more stable and easier for a newbie like me to use.I can’t overstate how satisfying it is to hear those little pops and cracks as you roll back on this guy. It feels really good and has been a nice little addition to my daily stretching routines.Construction is fantastic. I am 6’4″ 200lbs and have zero concerns about this not holding up. If you’re in the market for something like this and want a solid value, give this a shot.

It feels amazing using this. I do a lot of heavy lifting at work. After a couple weeks, get some spots that feel crunched up and usually have a co-worker do a lift pop to align the back straight. This works the same way to help realign the spine. Much safer to use this than the do lift pop.
