They work and I have told others about them with a disclaimer that they are way to sweet. The flavor is great too but I still believe they would be better for you overall if the sugar dusting was left off.

Real Review – Surprisingly Good Supplement
I waited until I have used these for over a month before submitting this review. I have to say, although it may sound phony, these Emergen-C ashgwanda gummies are the real thing. Before I started taking these, it was relatively easy to have some minor event, or thought, trigger a mini sadness/depression episode. It took a few days, but now I know longer experience any of the little sadness episodes that I used to have. I must say though, that I thought they helped with my sleep at first, but I can now fairly safely say that they have little or no impact on my sleep quality or duration. I do have a minor concern that they contain too much vitamin B12 – but my limited research shows that B12 is water-soluble and not toxic up to 125,000% of the RDA! To top it off, the berry flavored version that I have tastes really good and it’s always a pleasure to have a couple. I’m sold on them and now always have a couple of spare bottles on hand.
