Cheap made but like the concept.
My favorite workout machine at my house. I don’t use the screen part since the cable was broke upon receiving it but I still use the machine. Also, one thing I hate is I keep having to tighten the bolts on the handle part.

Okay/missing parts
So extremely easy to assemble. Wish directions were bigger in print. But received benched opened, started putting together, after putting everything together released digital clock is missing. Saw lots of dents on metal part, handles had scratches.Over all machine works just wish had all the pieces

Wow…it works!
I purchased this hoping it could help me lose some unwanted weight around my waist/belly. I used it in intervals of 1 minutes the first day it arrived (maybe did 5-6) at the easiest decline and its been 4 days and Im still extremely sore to the extent that I cant do another set right now. Im hoping tomorrow the pain in my lower abs has dissipated enough to use it again. But wow, Im really impressed….this will definitely be a part of my routine once my body gets used to this.
